Hello, my name is Maruja Gil and I am a top producer at Keller Williams Capital Realty located in Coral Gables Florida. I possess over 18 years in Residential/Commercial Real Estate, and I am fluent in three languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese. During my tenure with the bank, my efforts were primarily concentrated on forming solid relationships with both Domestic and International Investment clients.
I possess a Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University (FIU) in both Business Administration and International Business, with a minor in management. I also have a Masters Degree in International Real Estate from FIU. She ranked #115 among the Top 250 Latino agents in 2015.
I am fluent in three languages; Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and have maintained the status of ‘Top Producer’ since 2012. In addition to this, I have also obtained the following credentials:

Prior to starting a career in real estate, I spent fifteen years in the private banking sector. During this time my focal point was building and maintaining lasting relationships with both domestic and international investment clients. I graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Business Administration and International Business, with a minor in management. In conjunction with this, I have also achieved a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate.
I am an active member of my local community and regularly give back through volunteer activities and monetary donations from my commission checks. These proceeds go to help local non-profit organizations such as:
